"We spent a week in a condo in Maui and had Chef Kurt Lesmerises from Fresh Island Cuisine prepare a gourmet dinner for the 6 of us. It was a spectacular experience. His menu, which we worked carefully on with him, was Spicy Tuna Wonton, Ahi Crudo, Kumu Farm's Arugula Salad, Ribeye @ Kona Lobster, and Mango Cheesecake. All locally sourced, all exquisitely prepared and beautifully presented. Chef is a delight to have around, unobtrusive, yet jovial. We HIGHLY recommend him if you want to do something different and amazing while you are in Maui."
